Applanatable Cornea
A completely different model eye/tissue phantom, this device simply presents a relatively accurate phantom of a human cornea for study.
This cornea, as opposed to the ACOCT and WHOLE model eye devices, is deformable and can be applanated for measurement. Central Corneal Thickness is about 470 um. Aspheric design, effective anterior curvature ROC of about 9 mm. Can be supplied with corneal opacities, and varying amounts of scatter. No iris, lens or pupil is present in this model.
